those around me know i’ve been pumping this song like mad since i heard it then saw it performed live the past couple of weeks. ‘gold panda’, as he’s known is a dj dude from england who’s figuring out the whole music thing and admitted to me after his show that he doesn’t really know what he’s doing! haha but i think we all know that he does. beside some awkward transitions between a few songs that sort of interrupted the crowds groove, the set was colourful and forced the attention of its audience.
not every song pops like ‘you’ but many definitely stick with you. it’s the kind of music that skips the middleman to cement it’s place in your memory of summer.
